Good quality, delivery could improve

I bought some larch cladding for an exterior wall. The wood itself was really high quality and looked great once installed. Prices were competitive too, especially compared to some of the bigger chains. My only slight issue was with the delivery notification; I got a text the morning of delivery, but a more precise time slot or a heads-up the day before would have been more convenient. It just meant I had to hang around a bit. Otherwise, a solid experience and I'd consider them again.

Nah, I think most of their discounts are more for trade accounts or if you're buying a huge amount. Not really a 'new customer' type of place, more for regular builders.

Definitely better quality than Wickes, IMO. TP is decent but I've always found EKT's timber to be straighter and less knots.

Yeah, I use them for most of my projects now. The timber feels more substantial, less likely to warp after a few months. Plus, supporting local is good.

Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month with some treated timber. They just want it back in saleable condition I think.
